PROFILE

Cross Liu holds a Ph. D. of Electrical Engineering from TAMKANG University (Taiwan), and has been committed to patent professional services for more than 15 years.  He also frequently serves as an instructor for IP training programs.  He is good at dealing with patent affairs in the fields of Information (software, AI), Communication (network architecture, signal processing) and Electrical Engineering (semiconductor elements, Circuit architecture, Electrical Machinery), including but not limited to:
