Profile

Jason Hung is the Patent Attorney and Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney of RichIP International Patent & Trademark Firm of RichIP Group. He possesses a Master degree of Law of Intellectual Property Rights and Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering. Jason has approximately ten years of experiences in patent services for many local and foreign clients. He is well-versed in transnational patent application practices in Taiwan, China, the United States, Europe and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), providing patent services to leading domestic and international enterprises, academic institutions, and research organizations. His services include but not limited to, Patent Prosecution, Patent Searching, Patent Translation, Patent Portfolio, Patent Infringement Analysis, Patentability Analysis, Patent Invalidation and Patent Disputes.
